Winter Palace Films is a Boutique Entertainment and Consultatory Company offering a full range of services to Film Festivals, Distribution Companies, Screenwriters and Filmmakers around the world. Our "Mission" is to promote the Independent Film Initiative by continually supporting the Independent Filmmaker, the Documentary Filmmaker, and Screenwriter with expert guidance for film and screenplay advertising, marketing, positioning and content, and also by inspiring and creating new and innovative venues for Film Distribution and film goers. We specialize in Mainstreaming the unique and fledgling Film Festivals as well as undertake Film and Television Advertising to Market for Distribution, offer consultatory services for positioning your project in the film market, Film Financing as well as Distribution and Television Packaging, and Film and Script Consulting... and are especially geared toward New Writers and First-time Filmmakers.
In addition to our Producing and Consulting services for Film Festivals and Filmmakers, Winter Palace Films also is a Producer of Advertising for Marketing Film and Television Distribution, cleverly coined a PAMFTD or PAMD as shortened by popular demand, and often referred to as the "Pammy." The term represents a specialized producer whose primary responsibilities are creating and producing the advertising and managing the marketing to assist with gaining distribution, and guiding public relations of an independent or documentary film starting at pre-production or in screenplay format even prior to a finished script and continuing through the actual production process, obligations normally shouldered by a studio when establishing their film within the marketplace.
We do not do the
same job as a producers representative or sales agent, but instead we offer a more hands-on consultatory involvement for
filmmakers and screenwriters who are too unknown or inexperienced or just want assistance to attract the attention of an agency or distributor. Often times filmmakers' films and screenwriters'
screenplays are deemed "unsolicited" hindering their marketing or
distribution, and the filmmaker or screenwriter sees no alternative for establishing their place in the film world. Winter Palace Films takes on these submissions that are "unsolicited
